Title: Cerner EMR Trainer
Location: Minneapolis, MN (Onsite)
Cerner EMR Trainer to support clinical staff and new hires with comprehensive EMR training and onboarding. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Cerner systems and the ability to effectively train healthcare professionals in a fast-paced clinical environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver EMR overview training for Travel Registered Nurses
Conduct New Employee Orientation sessions including:
- EMR training
- FirstNet training
- EMR overview for multidisciplinary teams
- Rehabilitation documentation workflows
Provide hands-on training for PowerChart Touch (Mobile Version)
Assist users with navigation, documentation standards, and best practices
Support go-live activities and provide at-the-elbow support when required
Collaborate with clinical leadership to ensure training effectiveness and compliance
Required Qualifications:
Strong experience with Cerner EMR
Proven experience training nurses and clinical staff
Working knowledge of FirstNet and PowerChart Touch
