Position: Business Systems Analyst (BSA) – Core Banking & Mainframe
Location: Tysons, VA (Onsite)
Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with strong Banking Domain expertise and hands-on experience supporting Core Banking and Mainframe applications. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to analyze business requirements, document functional specifications, and support the delivery of enterprise banking solutions.
The foremost requirement for this role is expert-level Banking domain knowledge.
Knowledge of banking products such as Deposits, Loans, Payments, Customer Information, General Ledger, or Treasury
Mandatory Skills
Expert Banking Domain experience (Mandatory)
Strong understanding of Core Banking Systems
Experience working with IBM Mainframe applications
