Responsibilities
- Assist the driver in loading, unloading, and securing packages or freight onto trucks, including heavy lifting and moving items safely.
- Help with route driving as needed, supporting the driver in navigating delivery schedules efficiently.
- Provide exceptional customer service by interacting professionally with clients during deliveries and pickups.
- Support the driver in verifying delivery accuracy, completing paperwork, and obtaining signatures from customers.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the truck interior and work area throughout the shift.
- Follow all safety guidelines related to commercial driving, manual transmission operation, and warehouse procedures.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional attitude.
- Previous warehouse experience or familiarity with loading/unloading cargo is a plus.
- Experience operating box trucks or similar commercial vehicles preferred; valid driver’s license required.
- Delivery driver experience or route driving background highly desirable.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and moving tasks safely and efficiently.

Pay: $23.23 - $27.98 per hour
