Job Title: Bartender
Location: Lahontan Golf Club, Truckee, CA
Terms: Full Time, Seasonal. May 15 – October 15
Requirements: Work 5 days per week. Weekends and holidays required
Pay: $20 per hour, plus tips

As a member of the Lahontan Food and Beverage Team, the Bartender provides professional beverage service while maintaining compliance with California alcohol service laws and club standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to club standards
- Verify guest age and follow responsible beverage service practices
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system
- Monitor guest consumption and notify management of concerns
- Restock bar supplies and assist with inventory & putting away orders
- Maintain a professional appearance and service demeanor
Qualifications
- Minimum age 21
- California Responsible Beverage Service certification required within 60 days of hire
- California Food Handler Card required within 30 days of hire if handling food
- Ability to work 5 days per week, including weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 to 50 pounds
