Lahn Hospitality & Amusement Group (LHAG) is a family-owned company with a diverse portfolio of entertainment and hospitality ventures. The group includes three Funplex amusement and water parks, The Legacy Club at Woodcrest golf destination, and the Wyndham Hotel located on the Funplex Mount Laurel property.
The Funplex is LHAG’s flagship brand, with parks in Mount Laurel and East Hanover, New Jersey. Each location offers year-round fun with a mix of indoor and outdoor attractions, including rides, water slides, bowling, and arcade games. Known for delivering memorable family experiences and exciting events, The Funplex continues to grow through new attractions and ongoing investments, offering big-park fun without the hassle.
This role is dedicated to supporting The Funplex brand, leading creative digital marketing and social media efforts that connect with families and guests across all channels.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Strategy
- Lead and manage all social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Google)
- Develop and execute platform-specific strategies to grow audiences and engagement
- Create and edit engaging posts, graphics, and videos
- Maintain content calendars, schedule posts, and align with seasonal campaigns
- Manage influencer campaigns, including contracts, budgets, and reporting
- Oversee and support community management (comments, messages, inquiries)
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance
Digital Media Strategy
- Plan, manage, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta, TikTok, and other platforms
- Execute digital promotions and initiatives aligned with business goals
Operational Coordination
- Collaborate with marketing, events, and operations teams for cohesive brand experiences
- Support on-site activities (events, promotions, signage) with aligned messaging
- Contribute strategic ideas with strong creative storytelling and design sense
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or Public Relations
- 2 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation
- Experience with paid social campaigns and influencer partnerships
- Strong copywriting, storytelling, and creative skills
- Excellent project/time management; able to juggle multiple initiatives
- Proficiency with Canva, CapCut, Meta Business Suite, scheduling tools (AirTable), Google My Business, Linktree
- Comfortable using AI tools to improve strategy and efficiency, and educating team on new platforms
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Preferred
- Experience in entertainment, hospitality, or amusement park industry
- Portfolio/examples of successful campaigns (social, paid, or content)
