Job Description
Ivonne Lahlouh is seeking a seasoned Promo Sales Associate to join our Promotional Products team. This is a role for someone who brings both strategic thinking and executional excellence a professional who understands the nuance of branded merchandise, knows how to build lasting client relationships, and thrives in a high volume, fast moving environment.
What You'll Own:
*Serve as a trusted partner to clients and Account Executives, delivering tailored promotional solutions that align with brand identity and business goals
*Develop polished visual presentations that translate client needs into compelling merchandise strategies
*Manage pipeline activity, track client spend, and identify opportunities to grow existing accounts
*Cultivate strong supplier and vendor partnerships to stay ahead of product trends and decoration capabilities
*Represent Lahlouh at client events, trade shows, and industry engagements
What You Bring:
- *2 years in sales support, promotional products, or marketing with a track record that speaks for itself
- *Exceptional organizational and communication skills; you are detail oriented by nature
- *Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM platforms Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar, and design tools Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator
- *Familiarity with industry tools such as ESP, Sage, and Commonsku is a strong plus
- *A collaborative, client first mindset with the ability to manage competing priorities without losing precision
