Qualifications
The Association Manager at Lahaina Shores Beach Resort is primarily responsible for all common operations of the association including owner relations, services, and property maintenance. Serving as the primary “Ambassador of Aloha”, the Association Manager is responsible to foster the company’s Hawaiian values with colleagues, owners and guests.
- Prefer a college degree or college level courses related to hotel or condominium management. Any applicable technical licenses or degrees preferred.
- Prefer at least 2 years previous experience as an Association Manager or General Manager or 5 years as an Assistant General Manager in a resort hotel or condominium property. Required at least 2 years of management or assistant management experience.
- Management principles of planning, organizing, coordinating, project management and training.
- Knowledge of accounting principles to include the ability to review and understand financial statements.
- Exceptional organizational skills, ability to pay attention to detailed, establish priorities with diverse timelines and responsibilities.
- Must be bondable, possess a Valid Hawaii Driver License, and have access to a dependable means of transportation that is properly insured and operated per requirements of all laws.
