Job Summary
The RSP Assistant will work collaboratively with certificated teachers and assist in the implementation of the individualized educational programs for student with disabilities in resource and general education settings.

Minimum Requirements:
• Offer of employment contingent upon successful screening of fingerprints and a negative tuberculosis assessment.
Desired Qualifications and Skills:
• Positive attitude, and enjoy working with children as part of a team of educators.
• Desire to support special needs student academically and behaviorally while encouraging independence.

• There are benefits (fully covered healthcare,dental and vision) for this full-time position.
The Lagunitas School District is a public TK - 8th grade school district in West Marin. Our campus is set among hundreds of acres of open space in the beautiful San Geronimo Valley. We are rooted in a long history of family engagement and holistic educational practices. The current enrollment of 165 students attend our unique elementary and middle school programs.
