We are seeking a hands-on, results-driven Project Manager to lead landscape projects from setup through completion while directly running and developing field crews. This role owns job setup, material logistics (including pickup and delivery coordination), crew productivity, quality, schedule, and profitability. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who thrives in the field, solves problems quickly, and turns sold work into high-quality, on-time, profitable projects that delight clients and build the company’s reputation.
** must have 2 plus years experience cmmanaging crews and a valid drivers license
