As a growing scratch practice, we are looking for a versatile, proactive, and energetic Office Manager / Front Desk Specialist to join our team from the ground up and grow with us!
Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic individual who thrives in a versatile role. In this position, you will lead our front office operations, drive local marketing initiatives, and step in to assist clinically or administratively whenever needed.

Schedule & Availability
- Type: Part-Time or Full-Time (Flexible)
- Required Days: Monday and Friday are mandatory
- Additional Days: Additional hours/days are available for candidates seeking more hours or full-time status as practice volume expands.
Key Responsibilities
Front Desk & Practice Operations:
- Greet patients warmly, manage patient check-in/check-out, and maintain a seamless front office workflow.
- Schedule appointments, answer phone calls, manage patient inquiries, and coordinate referral doctor communications.
- Handle insurance verification, claims submission, billing, copay collection, and accounts receivable.
- Maintain organized patient records and office administrative systems.
Marketing & Referral Relations:
- Assist in marketing initiatives to help build and maintain relationships with local referring dental offices.
- Help manage local community outreach, social media presence, and review management.
Clinical Support (Cross-Trained / As Needed):
- Assist the doctor with clinical back-office duties during peak times or as coverage (chairside assisting, room turnover, or instrument sterilization).
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of dental front desk/office management experience required.
- Specialty Experience: Endodontic practice experience is strongly preferred.
- Cross-Training: Dental assisting experience or cross-training capability is highly desirable.
- Skills: Excellent customer service, strong written and verbal communication, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy.
- Mindset: Proactive, adaptable team player with a startup/growth mindset.
