California Textile Sales Representative

 Laguna Fabrics – Seeking Sales Representative 

Laguna fabrics has been servicing the fashion industry for over 35 years with trend driven textiles. We are an LA manufacturing mill, catering to Ready to wear, Athleisure wear, Loungewear, Intimate Apparel, Day wear and Resort wear markets. We are looking forward for a sales representative to work at our facility that is highly motivated to develop new brand relationships and drive sales growth for the company. The ideal candidate is confident, organized, and has some understanding about textiles and manufacturing.

          Responsibilities:

·        Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through outreach, networking and referrals

·        Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with brands

·        Present and promote materials to prospective and existing brands

·        Manage accounts, pricing and follow-ups

·        Attend trade shows when needed, brand appointments and meetings

·        Stay informed about industry trends, competitors and customer needs

Qualifications:

·        Strong communication, organized and interpersonal skills

·        Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

·        Results-oriented mindset with strong follow through

·        Any experience in fashion, textiles, apparel, manufacturing would be ideal

·        Full time at the office, outside customer appointments
