Position Summary
The Store Manager leads the team, driving results through a relentless focus on luxury sales, clienteling, and team development. As the leader of the store, this role sets the tone for the in-store experience, develops strategies to increase revenue and client loyalty, and fosters a high-performing sales culture. The Store Manager is responsible for training and coaching all store associates to uphold selling excellence and deliver exceptional customer service.

Essential Functions
Sales & Client Development
- Serve as the top sales leader and primary clienteling example for the store
- Drive individual/team performance by setting clear goals and holding the team accountable
- Cultivate a luxury clienteling culture through personalized service, outreach strategies, and retention programs
- Lead all in-store sales events and support marketing initiatives that drive traffic and engagement
- Onboard and train new team members in sales, product knowledge, and client service standards
- Conduct regular coaching sessions and selling workshops to reinforce best practices
- Assign and oversee Areas of Responsibility (AORs) across team members
- Foster a positive, inclusive environment where feedback is shared openly, and team members feel supported
- Oversee all store operations, including POS transactions, repairs, alterations, and maintenance
- Ensure alignment with LAGOS visual merchandising standards and cooperation with marketing
- Monitor store inventory and cleanliness, ensuring the environment reflects the brand standard
- Manage scheduling, payroll, and other administrative duties
- 7 years of luxury retail experience, including 2 years in a store leadership role
- Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and building client relationships
- Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team
- Strong knowledge of fine jewelry and the luxury customer experience
- Experience with POS systems (Shopify preferred)
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Retail Management, or a related field preferred
