Lagniappe Productions is a Wild West themed entertainment company based in Dallas/Fort Worth producing live entertainment for 300 annual corporate events; fairs/festivals nationwide; major amusement parks; and our own murder mystery dinner theater, the Texas Star Dinner Theater, located in historic, downtown Grapevine.
Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Entertainment Production Manager to oversee our live theatrical and corporate event operations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in theater and management, with a focus on continuous improvement and quality control. This role requires a strategic thinker who can effectively manage resources, streamline processes, and ensure successful annual planning, execution of entertainment projects, and overall company operations.
Duties:
· New hire processing for both employees and contractors
· Scheduling and executing actor auditions and personnel interviews
· Coordinate details of all scheduled entertainment production including but not limited to travel, rehearsals, costumes, props, and equipment
· Upkeep of company culture which includes planning the annual company party, assisting with retreat planning, awards/recognition, monthly internal newsletter, and corporate gifting
· Create and update daily manager reports for all areas of entertainment
· Follow-up on manager reports for theme parks and traveling stunt shows
· Lead team production meetings to identify and delegate tasks as well as follow-up on team and individual tasks to meet deadlines
· Maintain and update active actor roster of talent
· Plan, design, and send company newsletters to corporate clients/customers
· Conduct and/or coordinate training for corporate events and On-Site Coordinators
· Maintain membership and attend meetings for various associations such as the Fort Worth Stockyards Business Association and Historic Downtown Grapevine Association
· Assist planning for exhibitions at various conventions
· Implement new corporate entertainment service offerings
· Oversee Social Media for Lagniappe Productions and Tumbleweed Crossing
· Work with the website designer to keep company website up to date
· Ability to design marketing material is a plus
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (i.e. Word, Publisher, Outlook, etc.) and be able to quickly learn additional software programs utilized in our office
· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
· Must possess valid driver’s license and have a reliable source of transportation
