What are the responsibilities and job description for the Server / Bartender position at Lagniappe Cajun Creole Eatery?
This is a full time position that consists of Friday and Saturday evening bartending, with three to four server shifts included throughout the week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.
- Present specials, answer questions, and make recommendations based on guests' preferences.
- Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen staff promptly via POS system
- Serve food and beverages efficiently, ensuring timely delivery to guests.
- Monitor and attend to the needs of guests, providing refills and addressing any concerns promptly.
- Process payments accurately and handle transactions with care.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including dining areas and server stations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure seamless service.
- Uphold Lagnaippe's standards for quality and authenticity in every interaction.

Pay: $15,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
