We are currently hiring for commission or hourly LMT's.
We're hiring passionate Licensed Massage Therapists in Tulsa to join our growing spa team! Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional massage therapy services, ensuring client comfort, care, and satisfaction
- Demonstrate mastery of various massage techniques with an emphasis on raw, basic, and natural skills
- Customize treatment plans based on each client’s individual needs and preferences
- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation in all treatment areas
- Adhere to all Oklahoma state licensing laws and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with the spa team to deliver a cohesive, tranquil, and professional experience
Qualifications:
- Valid Oklahoma state license or certification to practice massage therapy
- Proven experience in massage therapy with a focus on foundational, natural techniques
- Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and the therapeutic benefits of massage
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a client-focused attitude
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and maintain a flexible schedule
- Strong commitment to professionalism and a passion for wellness
Schedule:
- Flexible schedule but requires most Saturdays
