The Role
- Drive strategic planning across accounts, ensuring work is insight-led, culturally relevant, and impeccably executed
- Lead a talented team of 8 across a diverse portfolio of luxury brands
- Cultivate and maintain top-tier media and industry relationships
- Concept, oversee, and execute high-profile events from inception to activation
- Stay ahead of industry trends, guiding clients and teams with informed, forward-thinking counsel
- Manage business development opportunities and contribute to agency growth
- Foster a positive, high-performing team culture and mentor junior and senior talent
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years of public relations experience, with a strong emphasis on luxury brands
- Proven success leading large client portfolios with minimal oversight
- Expertise in event management and production
- Strong business acumen, with a history of managing a profitable group
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
