Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage guests with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality.
• Curate vehicle presentations tailored to each client’s lifestyle and preferences.
• Ensure a flawless purchase experience.
• Host exclusive test-drive appointments, delivery experiences, and attend private events.
• Anticipate client needs before they’re expressed, exceeding expectations at every turn.
• Build long-term relationships that inspire loyalty and repeat business.
• Represent the LaFontaine Luxury brand with confidence, elegance, and enthusiasm.
  
  

Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in luxury hospitality, concierge service, or premium automotive sales.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Poise, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for creating memorable experiences.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional presence and an appreciation for luxury brands and design.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
