AUTOMOTIVE DEAL COSTER

THE POSITION: The coster processes documentation and cost analysis on vehicle sales, all transactions involving finalizing vehicle sales, including compliance identification of supporting documents.

- High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- 1 year of clerical office work and automotive dealership experience preferred but will train the right person.
- Knowledge of Reynolds and Reynolds Software preferred.
- Process sales staff commission sheets for payroll.
- Check Inventory to ensure accurate accounting.
- Take in and Receive/Post funds.
- Payoff Units.
- Upkeep Accounting Schedules.
- Assist with Vehicle Management.
- Ensure all motor vehicle paperwork is processed accurately.
- Audit retail deals for accuracy and proper processing.
- Other duties determined to be needed by direct supervisor.
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
