Fitness Assistant General Manager (AGM)
Have you ever wanted to run your own Health Club?
Our Fitness Assistant General Manager's are responsible for driving in revenue through new member enrollment's while retaining our existing members. They recruit, hire, train and develop future manager's for our company.
**This is a very Sales driven position. Our AGM's perform marketing efforts themselves and with a team. Our goal is to get potential new members to come in and join. We have a daily Quota to achieve with selling memberships to the club.
Responsibilities Include:
- Calling, Texting and emailing people daily
- Marketing through social media platforms along with Google to generate more business
- Handing out guest passes inside and outside the club to get people to show
-Touring guests around our health clubs
- Assessing each guests individual need for our location
-Selling memberships, personal training and other club amenities
-When needed, help clean our clubs to keep our staff and members safe
-Your bonus' will depend on hitting pre-determined sales goals

We show an average because it's sales. You receive an hourly rate OT commissions a bonus (We have different levels of Bonus' based off your performance)
