Multi-Location Supervisor

Big Daddy Bagels is hiring a full-time Floating Supervisor to support our locations in Longmont, Lafayette, and Boulder, CO. As a Floating Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in supporting multiple locations and ensuring smooth operations across the board.

As a Floating Supervisor, your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting daily operations across multiple locations.
- Leading and motivating team members to deliver excellent service.
- Multitasking and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Ensuring efficiency and maintaining a sense of urgency during shifts.
- Taking on leadership responsibilities and helping the team succeed.

We’re searching for someone who is:
- Hardworking and dependable.
- Experienced in food service (1 year preferred).
- Comfortable in a leadership role.
- Able to multitask and work with urgency.
- Flexible and open to working at multiple locations.
- Equipped with reliable transportation to travel between Longmont, Lafayette, and Boulder.
- Open and flexible with availability.
