Job description
Lafayette Pain Care is seeking to hire a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work five days a week. The typical hours are Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 4 PM, depending on the days we have scheduled surgeries. While experience in a surgical setting or emergency room is a plus, it is not required. Candidates must be willing to travel to Lafayette once a week and Kokomo three to four times a week.
BLS/ACLS certification is preferred, but we can provide the certification upon hire.

Qualifications
- Valid LPN certification or diploma in the state of Indiana.
- Knowledge of human anatomy and physiology.
- Experience in outpatient settings or operating room is preferred.
- Familiarity with pain management practices is a plus
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
