We are passionate about connecting people through live events and are looking for a motivated Ticket Sales Intern to join our dynamic team.
Position Overview:
As a Ticket Sales Intern, you will assist in driving ticket sales for our upcoming events. This internship offers a hands-on experience in sales, customer service, and marketing within a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with the ticket sales team to learn about sales strategies, customer engagement, and the overall ticketing process. Position will begin in January of 2026, and go through April of 2026. Position is unpaid and for college credit only.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the promotion and sale of tickets for Lafayette Aviators Baseball games.
- Engage with customers via phone, email, and in-person to provide information and answer inquiries about events and ticketing options.
- Support the execution of marketing campaigns to boost ticket sales.
- Maintain accurate records of ticket sales and customer interactions using our ticketing software.
- Update interactions with customers via Hubspot, our CRM tool.
- Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and implement sales strategies.
- Help organize and participate in promotional events and community outreach efforts.
- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Enthusiastic and proactive attitude with a passion for sports.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
