Duties
- Cleaning houses including: dusting and wiping, vacuuming and mopping, bathrooms, and kitchens
- Drive yourself to and from clients houses
- Join weekly in person meeting
- Communicate professionally and kindly with clients
- Ensure each home is left clean, organized, and cared for
- Show up on time, prepared, and ready to work
- Work well independently and as part of a team
- Participate in interviews to ensure a good team fit
- Communicate to all fellow teammates in a healthy and accountable way
Experience
Ideal Candidate:
- Willing to learn and be trained
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Team-oriented with a positive, dependable attitude
- Takes responsibility and follows through on commitments
- Comfortable working in the public eye and inside clients’ homes
Preferred (but not required):
- Previous house cleaning experience
- Customer service and communication experience
- General knowledge of cleaning products and safe usage practices

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 7.0 – 15.0 per week
