Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding, personalized customer service to every guest
- Build lasting client relationships through styling, follow-ups, and personal recommendations
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and keep the store looking beautiful
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Assist with inventory management, tagging, and restocking merchandise
- Stay up to date on current fashion trends and new arrivals
- Support social media or marketing efforts (e.g., styling photos, product videos, live events)
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience (fashion background a plus)
