Retail Store Associate

We're looking for a passionate, fashion-loving Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate has a strong sense of style, excellent people skills, and a genuine enthusiasm for helping customers look and feel their best.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding, personalized customer service to every guest
• Build lasting client relationships through styling, follow-ups, and personal recommendations
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and keep the store looking beautiful
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Assist with inventory management, tagging, and restocking merchandise
• Stay up to date on current fashion trends and new arrivals
• Support social media or marketing efforts (e.g., styling photos, product videos, live events)

Qualifications

• Previous retail or customer service experience (fashion background a plus)
• A love for fashion and a strong personal sense of style
• Friendly, positive, and professional attitude
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced boutique environment
• Flexible availability (weekends and holidays may be required)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
