We are currently hiring a Full-Time Irrigation Technician and a Crew Leader to join our team. Experience is preferred, but we are willing to train motivated individuals who have a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.
What You'll Do
- Install, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair in-ground irrigation systems
- Provide excellent customer service while working with residential and commercial clients
- Ensure quality workmanship and attention to detail
- Stay organized and work efficiently as part of a team
- Lead and support crew members (Crew Leader position)
What We're Looking For
- Experience with irrigation systems is preferred (training available for the right candidate)
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Positive attitude and commitment to customer satisfaction
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
