- Manage daily site security operations
- Supervise CSTs and Cleared American Guards
- Enforce access control procedures
- Monitor construction activities
- Inspect materials, tools, vehicles, and equipment
- Escort or oversee uncleared personnel as needed
- Maintain daily logs, visitor records, inspection reports, and incident reports
- Report security issues, violations, or suspicious activity
- Coordinate with Government representatives and construction personnel
- Active Secret Clearance
- 8 years of security experience
- 2 years of ICD 705 construction security experience
- Site Security Manager certification
- Experience leading security personnel
- Ability to read construction plans and schedules
- Strong communication and reporting skills
