Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and support Roman Catholic religious education and faith-formation programs
- Assist the Catholic Chaplain and Priest with planning, scheduling, and execution of religious education activities
- Develop and maintain schedules for religious education classes, programs, and events
- Prepare and distribute announcements, communications, and program information related to religious education
- Maintain accurate records related to religious education participation and program activities
- Coordinate classroom space, materials, and logistical support for religious education programs
- Prior experience supporting Catholic religious education programs
- Experience working in a military chapel or similar structured environment
- Familiarity with Archdiocese for the Military Services (AMS) policies and procedures
- Ability to work effectively in a Roman Catholic religious environment
- Knowledge of or experience with Catholic religious education or faith-formation programs
- Strong organizational, administrative, and communication skills
