Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial kitchen exhaust cleaning or related field
- OSHA-10 (minimum) or equivalent safety training
- Experience with lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures
- Strong knowledge of NFPA 96 standards
- Ability to supervise field crews and coordinate service schedules
- Excellent communication skills
- Serve as primary point of contact with the COR before, during, and after services
- Coordinate scheduling, access, and escort requirements
- Supervise cleaning crews during all service operations
- Ensure all systems are properly shut down, cleaned, and restored
- Verify compliance with safety procedures, including LOTO and PPE usage
- Ensure each exhaust system is fully completed before moving to the next
- Conduct on-site inspections to confirm cleaning to bare metal condition
- Oversee proper site protection and restoration
- Report deficiencies and operational issues identified during service
