Key Responsibilities:
- Provide piano accompaniment and music direction for weekly Catholic and Protestant services and rehearsals (minimum two services and two rehearsals weekly)
- Direct music for up to 14 annual special services and 6 funeral/memorial services
- Coordinate with chaplains for music selection and rehearsal scheduling
- Recruit and train volunteer musicians
- Submit music selections weekly and rehearsal schedules monthly
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a worship music setting (Catholic or Protestant), with leadership preferred
- Skilled in piano accompaniment, music arrangement, and sight reading
- Ability to work respectfully in a diverse, interfaith environment
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
