Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, microbiology, biology, chemistry, or a related field
- Current Medical Technologist or Clinical Laboratory Scientist certification through ASCP-BOR or AMT
- Knowledge of high-complexity clinical laboratory testing and quality-control procedures
- Ability to operate, calibrate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment
- Perform qualitative and quantitative testing on blood, urine, spinal fluid, tissue, and other specimens
- Operate, calibrate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory analyzers and automated systems
- Perform quality-control testing, verify results, and identify abnormal or critical values
- Support blood bank, microbiology, specimen preservation, and other assigned laboratory functions
