Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Three (3) years maintenance experience
- Knowledge of carpentry, doors, hardware, drywall, painting, and minor plumbing/electrical repairs
- Ability to use hand and power tools
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Complete preventive maintenance work orders
- Repair building components
- Install hardware and fixtures
- Perform minor carpentry and painting
- Assist other maintenance trades
- Maintain maintenance records
