- Lead and supervise CST personnel
- Assign daily work schedules and coverage areas
- Monitor construction activities within secure areas
- Inspect materials, tools, and equipment entering the site
- Escort and monitor uncleared personnel
- Review CST reports and inspection logs
- Identify and report security concerns or violations
- Assist with implementation of the Construction Security Plan
- Serve as acting Site Security Manager when required
- Active Secret Clearance
- 5 years of security experience
- 2 years of ICD 705 construction surveillance experience
- Current CST Certification
- Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Ability to read construction drawings and schedules
- Strong communication and reporting skills
