Key Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee Catholic RE programs for all age groups
- Create and submit an annual program plan (calendar, curriculum, budget)
- Prepare classrooms and materials for all sessions
- Monitor program quality and ensure effective instruction

Plan and coordinate:
- Vacation Bible School (VBS)
- Christmas programs
- Religious education kickoff events
- Volunteer appreciation events (up to 6 annually)
- Organize and support additional chapel activities as approved
- Recruit, train, and supervise volunteer teachers and staff
- Maintain volunteer rosters and substitute coverage
- Conduct at least two training workshops annually
Required Qualifications
- Ability to manage a multi-faceted religious education program
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Experience working with volunteers
- Basic computer proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Must obtain certification through the Archdiocese of Military Services (AMS)
Work Schedule
- Average 20 hours per week (flexible based on program needs)
- Hours may vary depending on events, planning, and program cycles
