Position Overview We are seeking a highly organized and dependable Patient Care Coordinator to manage scheduling, facility communication, and daily operations for our mobile dental teams. This is a fast-paced role that requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate across multiple nursing facilities. Key Responsibilities Schedule and coordinate patients across multiple nursing homes Communicate with facility staff, nurses, and administrators Confirm patient lists and daily schedules for clinical teams Coordinate with patient families and responsible parties (POAs) Manage appointment changes, follow-ups, and rescheduling Ensure all patients are properly documented and prepared for visits Maintain organized records and scheduling systems Support smooth daily operations for the dental team What We’re Looking For Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and phone skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Dependable and detail-oriented Comfortable coordinating with healthcare staff and families Preferred Experience Medical, dental, or nursing home experience Scheduling or patient coordination experience Front desk or healthcare administrative experience Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay ($18–$23/hour) Performance-based bonus opportunities Opportunity for growth within a rapidly expanding company Why Join LaDent Be part of a mission-driven healthcare company Work directly with leadership and help build operations Opportunity to grow into leadership roles as we expand
