Program Overview
We are seeking motivated individuals to join our Appliance Delivery & Installation Training Program. This hands-on program is designed to prepare trainees for a career in the delivery, installation, and basic servicing of household appliances. Participants will gain practical field experience, safety training, and customer service skills while working alongside experienced professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the delivery of major household appliances (e.g., refrigerators, washers, dryers, ovens).
- Learn proper handling, loading, and unloading techniques to ensure safe transport.
- Support installation of appliances in customer homes, including setup and basic connections.
- Follow all safety protocols and company procedures.
- Provide professional and courteous customer service during deliveries.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of delivery vehicles and equipment.
- Complete required training modules and assessments.
Training Components
- Safe lifting and handling techniques
- Appliance installation basics (electrical, water line connections, leveling)
- Route planning and logistics fundamentals
- Customer interaction and service etiquette

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Valid driver’s license (or ability to obtain one during training)
