Job Summary

We are hiring a Manager (Tier 3–Tier 5) to oversee daily operations, supervise staff, and ensure quality services at assigned program locations. This position requires strong leadership, organization, and communication skills to support staff and individuals served.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and support staff
• Create and manage employee schedules
• Oversee daily program operations
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulations
• Review documentation and complete reports
• Coordinate appointments and activities
• Maintain communication with leadership and families
• Participate in required trainings and meetings
• Cover Shifts as staff when needed

Qualifications

Required:

• Must be 18 years or older
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
• Valid Driver's License

Preferred:

• 1 year of direct care or related experience
• Supervisory or management experience
• Ability to receive certification in CPR/First Aid and Mandt
