LADACIN (Lifetime Assistance for Developmental and Challenging Individual Needs) has been in the business for more than 75 years and is a non-profit agency whose mission is to provide a continuum of care, including educational, therapeutic, social, residential, and support services to infants, children, and adults with complex physical and developmental disabilities or delays.
Qualified candidates should have the ability to provide special education students with appropriate learning activities and experiences designed to fulfil their potential for intellectual, emotional, physical, and social growth. Develop/modify curriculum and prepare/deliver lessons according to Individualized Education Plans. Ability to work in classroom, team, and group capacity. $2,500.00 sign on bonus.
Qualifications required: college graduate; NJ teacher of students with disabilities certification; experience working with students with learning disabilities.
