LADACIN (Lifetime Assistance for Developmental and Challenging Individual Needs) has been in business for more than 75 years and is a non-profit agency whose mission is to provide a continuum of care, including educational, therapeutic, social, residential, and support services to infants, children, and adults with complex physical and developmental disabilities or delays.
The Director of Facilities provides leadership and oversight for all agency locations, ensuring safe, compliant, and well-maintained environments that support high-quality services. This role oversees maintenance operations, capital projects, regulatory compliance, and property management across all programs including school, day program, and residential settings. Bachelor’s degree in facilities management, construction management, engineering, property management, or a related field (master’s preferred), plus a minimum of 5 years of multi-site facilities management experience with demonstrated leadership, Or equivalent combination of education and experience, including 7–10 years of facilities management experience with demonstrated leadership in a multi-site agency, preferably serving individuals with disabilities. Experience in nonprofit, healthcare, education, or human services settings strongly preferred. Knowledge of regulatory and life/safety requirements (NJ experience a plus). Strong project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, multi-site environment. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

LADACIN is based in Monmouth and Ocean counties. Our locations are in beautiful natural surroundings. This location is in Ocean, NJ.
