About Us:
LADACIN (Lifetime Assistance for Developmental and Challenging Individual Needs) has been in the business for more than 75 years and is a non-profit agency whose mission is to provide a continuum of care, including educational, therapeutic, social, residential, and support services to infants, children, and adults with complex physical and developmental disabilities or delays.

The Position:
Full and part time positions immediately available to care for adults with developmental and multiple physical disabilities in our Group Homes in Monmouth County. Experience with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred but not required. Training available. Must have a high school diploma or equivalent, valid NJ driver's license, and at least 21 years old to drive. Home Health Aides and CNAs welcomed. Sign on bonus - $1,000 full-time and $500 part-time. Additional pay for shifts between Friday 4pm-Monday 7am.
The Location:
LADACIN is based in Monmouth and Ocean counties. Our locations are in beautiful natural surroundings. This location is in Ocean County.
