Position Summary
LADACIN Network is seeking a professional, organized, and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily program operations and assist supervisors with administrative and clerical responsibilities. This is a full-time, 35-hour/week position in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
The Administrative Assistant plays an important role in supporting program operations, maintaining records, coordinating reports and correspondence, and ensuring efficient office workflow while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, coordinate, and maintain correspondence, reports, records, and other departmental documentation.
- Maintain files and records according to Agency procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Answer phones, record messages, and communicate information in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist with office organization, supplies, equipment maintenance, and requisitions.
- Maintain attendance records, including vacation, sick, and compensatory time, as directed.
- Support supervisors and assigned departments with administrative needs and daily operations.
- Maintain a professional office atmosphere when interacting with staff, families, vendors, and the public.
- Attend meetings, trainings, and professional development opportunities as assigned.
- Comply with all LADACIN policies, procedures, and confidentiality requirements.
- Cooperate fully with all licensing, accrediting, and funding source requirements, including inspections and investigations.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma required
- Previous administrative or clerical experience preferred
- Strong typing, organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
- Proficiency with computers, office equipment, and Microsoft Office programs
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a professional office environment
- Post-secondary education or training preferred
