JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for supervising the assigned client, building positive relationships, being a role model, and supporting clients in their mental health recovery.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Model Behavior (act as a Role Model).
- Provide therapeutic interventions while doing activities in the community
- Meet with the Client every week
- Provide Clients with a safe, therapeutic environment
- Build trust through commitment and consistency.
- Encourage the child to use their full potential.
- Maintain open communication with Client families and County Case Managers.
- Attend training offered by Lad Lake Inc.
- Attending Plan of Care meetings when necessary.
- Report any criminal activity, abuse, or unusual happenings to your immediate supervisor.
- Enter case notes for each contact with the Client
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Must have a master’s degree in social work, psychology, community mental health, or a related field. License preferred.
- Experience in clinical mental health services.
- Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
- Must show proof of 100,000/300,000 Bodily Injury Auto Liability Insurance and 100,000 Property Damage Auto Liability Insurance.
- Must have good communication skills.
