Job Title: Turbine Rig Operator

Pay: $28 - $42/hr

Location: Moses Lake, WA

Lad Irrigation is currently looking for a Turbine Rig Operator with experience installing submersible and line-shaft turbine pumps to join our team in Moses Lake, WA. We are looking for someone that has a good attitude and is flexible with various tasks. Craftsmanship, work ethic and leadership are very important.

Compensation is bi-weekly salary based on experience

Pay: $28 - $42/hr

Responsibilities:

· Work within a team to accomplish goals in a safe and efficient process.

· Driving and operating a turbine rig.

· Pulling and setting submersible and line-shaft turbine pumps

· Field managing a two-man crew.

· Ability to meet deadlines and maintain efficiency without direct supervision.

· Ability to work in a fast pace environment and balance a large work flow.

Job Requirements:

· Turbine Rig Operator: 3 years’ experience preferred.

· CDL preferred or able to obtain.

· Crane Operator License preferred or able to obtain.

· Understanding of farming, agribusiness, and irrigation is a plus.

· Water well pump installer experience.

· Maintain current driver’s license and clean driving record at all times.

Ability to work out of town or weekends as needed.

Safety-Sensitive Position: Due to the safety-critical nature of this role, candidates must pass a pre-employment drug test, including a screen for cannabis. This offer is contingent upon a negative result and the ability to drive a company vehicle.

Lad has steadily grown to service the entire Columbia Basin in Eastern Washington with over 100 employees.
