Parts Counter Associate and Admin

Parts Counter and Admin support – Center, CO

Lad is expanding!! We are currently looking for a Parts Counter Person to join our growing team in Center, CO. The position will involve assisting with a wide variety of customer needs, including retail parts pivot components, counter transactions, order pulling and processing, and general clerical needs. We are looking for a highly driven individual with great customer service skills and experience and to help our customers have the best possible buying experience. Responsibilities:

· Assist customers over the phone.

· Pull & fulfill parts orders.

· Lift a minimum of 50 lbs.

· Drive a forklift when needed.

· Assist with physical inventory.

· Stock shelves.

· Assist with shipping & receiving freight.

· Answer service calls

· Invoice customers for both parts and service

· Storage yard cleanup & organization.

· Bilingual preferred

· Irrigation circle experience a plus

Job Requirements:

· Be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.

Job Type: Full-Time

Pay: $18-$23/hr

This is a safety sensitive position and drug testing, including cannabis, is part of the employment process.
