Location: Eastern U.S. Region (remote based)
We’re looking for a Project Manager to lead and execute localized marketing strategies that make a measurable impact across our Eastern Dealership Operations. This role plays a key part in connecting our in-store experience with the broader brand vision—delivering results through precise planning, strong communication, and a focus on innovation.
As a LAD Project Manager, you will:
Execute retail marketing initiatives at the store level in alignment with OEM and LAD standards.
Assign, schedule, and monitor project work to keep deliverables on track and ensure high-quality execution.
Oversee dealership website marketing performance and provide strategic recommendations to internal teams and external partners.
Serve as a key liaison between store clients, vendors, and Lithia Support Services, ensuring seamless communication and execution.
Provide expertise in OEM brand guidelines, including OCP, Co-op, MAAP pricing, restricted language, and content approval benchmarks.
Test and pilot emerging technologies to improve online marketing performance.
Take on additional marketing and project support tasks as needed.
Qualifications
A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
Excellent time management, organizational, and communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects with urgency and efficiency.
Critical thinking skills with a proactive approach to solving challenges.
Previous experience working with OEM marketing programs is a plus.
