We’re growing and looking for an energetic Insurance Sales Producer to join our high-performing team. Whether you’re already licensed or looking to grow your insurance career, we’ll provide the coaching, support, and opportunities to help you succeed.
What You’ll Do
· Generate new leads through networking, referrals, community events, and marketing.
· Build relationships with prospective and existing customers.
· Identify customers’ insurance needs and recommend customized coverage solutions.
· Follow up on leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
· Cross-sell and round out accounts with additional insurance products.
· Deliver outstanding customer service before and after the sale.
· Meet and exceed monthly sales goals.
· Work with an energetic, supportive team focused on winning together.
What We’re Looking For
