Lactalis US Yogurt, part of the Lactalis family of companies, is currently hiring a Palletizer / Packager based in Casa Grande, Arizona.
Two Palletizer opportunities available - 12 hour shifts 06:00 AM to 06:30 PM or 06:00 PM to 06:30 AM.

From your EXPERTISE to ours
Key responsibilities for this position include:
- Works on assigned line to assist with packaging of yogurt containers by way of machine and / or hand packing.
- Manually stack yogurt cases onto pallets according to specified patterns and weight limits to ensure stability during transport.
- Upholds quality, safety, and cleanliness standards within designated areas.
- Communicate with other team members to ensure efficient plant operators.
- Set-up oncoming shift for successful run.
- Expected to perform any duties necessary to support the team.
- Obtain information necessary to perform duties at pre-shift and post-shift meetings with off-going associates.
- Vigilantly monitor equipment operations for indications of impending problems and possible operational improvements.
- Packaging associates are responsible for satisfactorily operating the corrugator and palletizer machines.

- High school diploma or equivalent.
Skills / Abilities / Knowledge
- Strong mechanical aptitude.
- Must be able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs and safety protocols.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced production environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects and stand for extended periods of time.
