We are seeking a highly qualified, bilingual Warehouse Manager with international logistics experience to lead our daily warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will supervise staff, manage inventory, and ensure the efficient execution of shipping and receiving processes.Key Responsibilities:
- Control and optimize overall warehouse inventory.
- Manage schedules, shifts, and performance of warehouse personnel.
- Handle and resolve client requests directly.
- Oversee all cargo intake and release processes (In and Out).
- Prepare and review key logistics documentation: Air Waybills (AWB).
- Create direct cargo manifests and courier manifests.
- ability to give instruction for loading and distributions cargo to the team (employees).
Requirements:
- Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken, read, and written).
- Proven experience preparing airfreight and courier documentation.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage warehouse teams.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Pay: $48,000.00 - $54,000.00 per year
