Key Responsibilities
- Sales Excellence: Actively engage in selling products, understanding customer needs, and delivering an outstanding customer experience.
- Team Support: Support the SM and ASM in managing the store team, including helping with training and development.
- Operational Assistance: Assist in daily store operations, ensuring the store runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Customer Service: Uphold high standards of customer service, addressing customer questions and resolving issues promptly.
- Inventory Management: Help manage inventory, including stocking, organizing, and ensuring product availability.
- Visual Merchandising: Assist in maintaining the store’s visual standards and product displays.
- Performance Tracking: Help monitor sales performance and contribute to meeting store targets.
- 1-2 years of experience in retail sales or a supervisory role.
- Proven ability to drive sales and provide excellent customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Leadership potential with a team-oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with retail operations and inventory management.
- High school diploma required; some college or retail management training preferred.
