The Regional VM Manager needs toensure consistency and premium standards that are representative of the brandimage in all channels of distributions. Territory will include LacosteBoutiques, Outlet, Wholesale Accounts, Specialty Channels.

Essential Job Responsibilities
BOUTIQUES / OUTLETS:
- Execute the seasonal Visual Merchandising strategy for theWest Coast Lacoste Boutiques and Outlets.
- Ensure that all Global HQ visual principals are adhered toand in compliance with the HQ/ US direction.
- Partner and collaborate with cross-functional teams tosupport the overall business and driving sales.
- Proactively identify in-store merchandising issues for eachstore and work with the SR. Manager of Visual Merchandising, store staff andDistrict Manager on suggesting solutions.
- Communicate regularly with store management and the visualmerchandising team regarding merchandising initiatives, display standards andinstallations.
- Submit weekly store visit recaps and audits to the SR.Manager of Visual Merchandising, District Manager, and the respective store.
- Oversee regional store openings and train new staff memberson the Lacoste VM Standards; continually train all new associates within theregion as needed.
- Assist in the set-up of the spring and fall sales meeting.
- Manage and coordinate store visits with Market leaderswithin the region.
- Perform all other duties as assigned and required within theregion.
- Able to travel and provide in-store support five days aweek.
- Execute the seasonal Visual Merchandising strategy for theWholesale and Specialty shops in the region.
- Partner and collaborate with cross-functional teams tosupport the overall business and driving sales within Wholesale locations.
- Maintain the Lacoste visual merchandising standards withinthe region.
- Communicate and deliver all brand appropriate material towholesale associates, (i.e. seasonal packets on product knowledge).
- Ensure the sales staff has accurate knowledge of theup-to-date company display standards and merchandising strategies.
- Frequently communicate with Account Executives on wholesalerecaps and any pertinent information per account.
- Plan and execute product knowledge seminars for large groupswithin wholesale locations.
- Manage regional store openings and train new staff memberson the Lacoste VM Standards.
- Partner with Regional Sales Reps on the seasonal showroomand manage the installation.
- Assist with regional Wholesale Pop- ups or events.
- Must have 3-5 years’ experience in Visual Merchandising.
- Must have strong attention to detail, as well as meticulous organizational and multitasking skills.
- Must have proven ability to work with a cross-functional team.
- Ability to stay flexible to changes in schedule with little advance notice.
- Able to travel 50% within the defined region, as well as support outside the region when needed.
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Must have strong communication skills including face-to-face meetings, email, phone, and writing.
- Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills with ability to work cross functionally between departments, external providers and remote teams.

Salary : $95,000 - $105,000
