This is a strategic, high-impact leadership role within a global premium brand, responsible for building, structuring, and scaling the Indirect Procurement function across the NORCAM region (U.S. & Canada).
Serving as a key business partner, this role sits at the intersection of strategy, transformation, and execution, with direct visibility to senior leadership. Essential Job Responsibilities
Strategy & Transformation
- Define and implement the regional indirect procurement strategy, aligned with global standards and business objectives
- Position procurement as a trusted advisor and indispensable partner to the business
- Establish and embed procurement processes, tools, governance, and best practices across the region
- Identify, prioritize, and deliver high-impact cost optimization initiatives across key spend categories
- Lead end-to-end sourcing processes, including complex RFPs, supplier evaluations, and contract negotiations
- Provide expert commercial guidance to business leaders on major procurement initiatives
- Build and manage strategic supplier panels, ensuring high performance, value delivery, and risk mitigation
- Implement supplier governance frameworks including KPIs, performance reviews, and continuous improvement plans
- Develop strong partnerships with Finance and senior business leaders to drive alignment, accountability, and value creation
- Influence decision-making through strong communication, data-driven insights, and credibility
- Establish and enforce procurement policies, controls, and contractual standards
- Ensure compliance with internal guidelines and external regulatory requirements
- Support and lead special procurement initiatives and cross-functional transformation projects as required
- 5–7 years of progressive experience in indirect procurement, including sourcing, RFP management, and vendor negotiations
- Proven ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders across multiple functions
- Strong experience in contract management and detailed contract review
- Demonstrated success operating in fast-paced, evolving environments with shifting priorities

Salary : $85,000 - $95,000
